I’m Krisna — a Forward Deployed Engineer who takes AI products from idea to production, end to end.
I’ve spent 6+ years shipping production web and mobile products — 9+ years in engineering, starting with industrial IoT at Toyota — across e-commerce, fintech, healthcare and government procurement.
Most recently I was Lead Forward Deployed Engineer at Normiq.ai, a Swiss AI startup, turning a founder’s brief into a shipped AI assistant for architects with cited answers and benchmark-gated releases. I also mentor, judge and evaluate final projects at Coding.id and RevoU, alongside mentoring at Dibimbing and Bangkit Academy.

Worked directly with the founder of a Swiss AI startup to turn architects' domain problems into a shipped assistant for building-code questions and meeting notes.
- Built a RAG assistant that answers questions on Swiss building codes (SIA norms, cantonal and municipal zoning rules) with cited, highlighted sources.
- Built meeting capture that turns architect meeting transcripts into structured meeting protocols.
- Set up an eval-driven release process — a bilingual (German/English) golden question set, RAGAS benchmarks and feature flags — so retrieval changes ship only when they beat baseline.
- Cut answer latency with streaming responses and model routing; shipped onboarding, invite-based sign-up and project memory.
Built an AI virtual assistant on OpenClaw for enterprise customers and a real-time browser voice assistant; architected a shared design system and frontend dashboard across concurrent client projects; led monorepo adoption and testing to 70% coverage.
