Solution & approach
- Built a RAG assistant that answers questions on Swiss building codes (SIA norms, cantonal and municipal zoning rules) with cited, highlighted sources.
- Built meeting capture that turns architect meeting transcripts into structured meeting protocols.
- Set up an eval-driven release process — a bilingual (German/English) golden question set, RAGAS benchmarks and feature flags — so retrieval changes ship only when they beat baseline.
- Cut answer latency with streaming responses and model routing; shipped onboarding, invite-based sign-up and project memory.
